- Bags that don't close or are oversized will be split and charged as additional bags
- Specialty items (comforters, rugs) are priced separately
- No weighing, no surprises, just easy per-bag pricing with pick up & delivery included (3 bag minimum)

Friendly Reminder from Heart & Fold
We’ll always handle your laundry with care, but normal wear, color changes, or items left in pockets are beyond our control. Special or oversized pieces are washed at customer’s risk. By sending your laundry with us, you agree to these terms.

Our basic service includes washing with quality detergent, a quick courtesy stain check, folding with care, and delivered fresh to your door.
You can customize your wash to fit your needs by choosing any of the extras designed to keep your clothes and household items at their best.
