At Heart & Fold Laundry Service, we want every order to come back just the way you like it — fresh, folded, and ready to put away.

Pickup & Delivery: Pickup and delivery are always FREE in Cabot, Ward, Austin & Beebe.

Turnaround Time: Most orders are returned within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated.

No Need to Be Home: Laundry is returned to the designated delivery location provided by the customer. Heart & Fold is not responsible for laundry once it has been delivered to that location.
Returns & Refunds

Quality Guarantee: If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution: Because laundry is a personalized service using your own items, we do not provide cash refunds. If something isn't right, we may re-clean eligible items or apply a credit toward a future order, as appropriate.
Laundry Care & Responsibility
- Garment Care: We take care in handling every order, but normal wear, color changes, shrinkage, manufacturer or material defects, and damage resulting from an item's condition or care instructions may be beyond our control.
- Check Your Pockets: Customers are responsible for removing items from pockets before pickup. Heart & Fold is not responsible for items left in pockets or damage they may cause.
- Specialty & Oversized Items: Specialty or oversized items are priced separately and handled with care but may carry additional risk due to their size, materials, construction, or condition.
- Acceptance of Terms: By sending laundry with Heart & Fold, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these service terms.
