We don't weigh your laundry because flat-rate bags give you more
value than per-pound pricing. Fill your bag the way you normally
would - no stress.
- Specialty items (comforters, rugs) are priced separately and
can be sent in any bag or container
- No weighing, no surprises, just simple per-bag pricing
Pickup and delivery are free on any size order
- Price includes local tax

Friendly Reminder from Heart & Fold
We’ll always handle your laundry with care, but normal wear, color changes, or items left in pockets are beyond our control. Special or oversized pieces are washed at customer’s risk. By sending your laundry with us, you agree to these terms.

At Heart & Fold Laundry Service, we want every order to come back just the way you like it — fresh, folded, and ready to put away.

Pickup & Delivery Included: Service is included in Cabot, Ward, and Austin, AR

Turnaround Time: Most orders are returned within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated.

No Need to Be Home: Laundry is returned to the designated drop-off location (porch) provided by the customer. Heart & Fold is not responsible for laundry once it has been delivered to that location.
Returns & Refunds

Quality Guarantee: If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution: While we do not provide cash refunds, we are happy to re-clean items or apply a credit toward your next order. Because laundry is a personalized service using your own items, refunds are not available.
